Can you use our existing cameras?
In most cases we install our own drive-thru cameras, purpose-built for accurate vehicle tracking. If you already have exterior cameras, we can review whether they meet our requirements.
What hardware gets installed?
A small edge server that runs the AI on site, a network switch, wired exterior cameras covering the lane, and one or more in-store monitors. The number of cameras depends on your lane layout.
How do my team and I see the data?
Crews see a live, color-coded lane view with queue alerts on the in-store monitor. Managers and leadership get historical, multi-store reporting in the Berry Board web dashboard, plus emailed reports.
Does it integrate with our POS?
