About the Role
✏️As an Account Executive at Berry AI, you will be a critical driver of revenue growth and customer expansion in North America. You will own key relationships with QSR brands and franchisees, from lead generation through deal close and handoff to customer success. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives in startup environments and wants to shape how AI transforms restaurant operations.
You will report to the VP of Revenue (Rob Green: Linkedin Profile), and collaborate closely with product, engineering, customer success, and marketing teams across the US, Taiwan and other global locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and grow a portfolio of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) accounts

Drive new revenue through pipeline generation, outbound prospecting, and closing high-value deals

Lead discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations tailored to customer needs

Work closely with internal teams to coordinate product trials, site installations, and successful onboarding

Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback

Manage pipeline and forecasting by diligently using our CRM

Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Represent Berry AI at trade shows and industry conventions

Provide regular feedback to leadership on market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, hardware + software, or QSR/restaurant tech
-
Proven track record of quota achievement and closing complex deals

Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills

Strong understanding of sales cycles, prospecting, and territory management

Startup mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
-
Experience selling to multi-location or franchise businesses is a strong plus

Previous experience in computer vision, IoT, or AI-driven products is a bonus
