How long does the demo actually take?

30 to 45 minutes depending on the amount of questions you have.

Do I need to send you footage ahead of time?

No. We demo on footage we already have from stores in multiple segments.

Who will be on the call?

An account executive and/or senior Berry AI leadership, not a scheduler bot. If you have more deep-dive technical questions, we can bring in Product Managers. No sales handoffs.

What does Berry AI cost?

Pricing depends on the number of locations and which solutions you need. We'll cover it directly on the demo call once we understand your setup. We don't publish pricing because the right configuration varies significantly by operator.

How long does installation take?

Most installs complete in under a day per store. Depending on your current camera specs, we may be able use some of your existing hardware.

Can Berry AI replace my exisiting timers and/or security system?

Berry AI can run alongside your existing system or replace them entirely. For timers, many operators run both simultaneously and switch to Berry as their primary source of truth once they see the accuracy difference. For security and Loss Prevention systems, we can often reuse some of your existing hardware to power our systems.
